Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of timberror.com and purchases from Timberror. Timberror is a brand operated by Hong Kong EasyDeal International Co., Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Store eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security, operation, or other users.

You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the store in violation of applicable law, misuse another person's information, or use our content or services to infringe another person's rights.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, images, prices, and availability. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural materials can affect appearance.

Wood is a natural material. Grain, color, knots, texture, and tone can vary between products and samples. Handmade products may have minor variations that do not materially affect function or the agreed overall design. These natural and handmade characteristics are not automatically defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, selected dimensions, finish, quantity, delivery details, and customization instructions before submitting an order.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may verify payment, delivery information, product availability, customization details, and fraud risk before acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including an obvious pricing or description error, inability to produce or deliver the product, suspected fraud, prohibited transactions, or incomplete information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to pay the price, applicable tax, and any optional service charge clearly disclosed before completing the order.

Payment processing is provided through Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order or location.

For eligible U.S. orders, standard shipping is free and Timberror covers ordinary import duties and customs charges as described in our Shipping Policy. Sales tax may be calculated during checkout where applicable.

Custom and made-to-order products

Many Timberror products are handcrafted or prepared to order. Custom-size, personalized, bespoke, or specially modified orders may require written confirmation of dimensions, materials, orientation, finish, or other specifications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and specifications you provide. Work may begin after payment and confirmation. Custom products cannot be returned because of a change of mind, except where required by law. This does not affect remedies for damage, defects, our errors, or failure to meet accepted specifications.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation or change requests must be submitted within 24 hours after ordering. We will try to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after production, customization, packaging, or shipment has started.

Shipping, risk, and delivery

Production estimates, delivery areas, shipping costs, duties, tracking, address requirements, and damage procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide notice, a revised estimate when available, and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and the agreed delivery terms.

Returns and refunds

Eligibility, time limits, custom-product exclusions, return costs, damage reporting, and refund procedures are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Installation and safe use

Mirrors and furniture must be handled, installed, anchored, and used safely and in accordance with any product instructions. Wall construction, anchors, mounting hardware, placement, local building requirements, and professional installation needs vary.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, installation is not included. Customers are responsible for selecting suitable mounting methods and qualified assistance. Do not use a damaged product or install it where it may create an unreasonable risk of falling, tipping, breaking, or injury.

Intellectual property

The store and its content, including the Timberror name, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, videos, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the store for personal shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative products without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. Any permission for us to reuse customer content will be governed by the consent requested when the content is submitted and applicable law.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, or other third parties. Their separate terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hong Kong EasyDeal International Co., Limited and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and they do not remove mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.

Changes to the store or Terms

We may update store features, products, or these Terms. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. The latest version will be posted with its effective date.

Severability and waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong or another court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
