Incredible wow factor! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and you can tell the impressive handmade quality in every piece of this. Even the shipping box was cool and handmade! For a handmade piece it came in very quickly, shipped into the country with ease and comes with the hanging screws as well. Love this piece and have already gotten so many compliments on it, thank you so much!
This mirror is truly a work of art. The craftsmanship is superb. The way the wood was finished is very smooth. You will not feel where sections of the wood meet. This is just very solid and heavy. It is simply beautiful and creates a statement piece upon entering my place. The mirror is massive at 6.5 ft tall and 3.5 ft wide. I was concerned about the shipment as it was coming to the US from Turkey but it arrived in perfect condition. It was placed in a wooden crate which took a beating but the mirror remained well intact. And the business owner is great. Ebrar was very responsive to questions which is much appreciated. I highly recommend their products. And if you see something that catches your attention on their pictures aside from the mirrors, like a console or a bench, inquire about them as they can create those too.
All is perfect. The mirror is very very beautiful. Absolute craftsmanship. There were some problems with UPS, so for a while the package had disappeared. I informed the shop and they were extremely understanding and empathetic, making this our problem and not just mine. Fortunately, UPS tracked the package and I received it in good order. I will enjoy this mirror for decades I'm sure. I highly recommend.
The customer service was phenomenal. This mirror was exactly what I was looking for in my sitting area. They worked closely with me to find the perfect color to match my furniture, and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.
This is such a beautiful piece! It’s very well made, and was so carefully packaged that it arrived in perfect condition in the US all the way from Turkey; they even included drywall anchors and screws for hanging. Customer service was excellent; I accidentally ordered the wrong size and Ebrar refunded the order within an hour of my message. Very happy with this purchase!
What a work of art! Communication with the artist was amazing kept us in the loop at all times. Would definitely highly recommend this seller and his custom-made products to anyone looking for an elevated look
The mirror is beautiful, thank you so much! The mirror has a matte finish. Some photos showed more gloss than others when ordering. I recommend giving buyers the option to choose their final finish. Our mirror arrived safe and sound and was packed securely in a wooden crate. Shipping was fast to Florida from Turkey, only 5 business days once shipped.
